My experience with Bei and Noble Property Holdings has been very positive. Interestingly, Bei was in REMOVED , I was in REMOVED , and the property being sold was in REMOVED . Having never done this, I was concerned about the safety of the transaction. From beginning until the final closing, I was informed of every move. Throughout the process, I had conversations with Bei, ladies at the closing company, and the mobile notary who notarized the final paperwork. The check and all documents arrived as promised, by overnight REMOVED It was a six week turnaround from my decision to sell until the check arrived. Thanks, Bei, for making this so easy.

After moving to Colorado in the mountains but didn’t think I could afford anything although the prices were relatively low and there were plenty of lots for sale, I waited. Flash forward to 2020; it was the beginning of the pandemic and I was looking for land again although this time I noticed I wasn’t the only one. Everything I found online had gone up in price and was off the market in hours. I got lucky finding Noble Property Holdings and found a property I could afford and a down payment was made. My husband and I highly recommend Noble Property Holdings. We worked with Bei as she purchased our land. We had the land for about 20 years and initially planned to build a home there. Our plans changed and it became a tax burden. The process with Bei was simple and she is very professional, pleasant and great to work with. Great company to work with. Me and the wife received an offer letter and we are glad we decided to take a chance on them. Even though they were out of state they aren’t a scam company. We mailed the offer letter and in less then two weeks we had a check in the bank. If you have vacant land anywhere in the country you aren’t using I would definitely recommend selling to Noble! I had land to sell and I received other “offers” in the mail and most of the companies wanted to push the closing out for 6 months so they could find buyers before they purchased. They also had clauses in their contracts they could cancel the transaction at any time for any purpose. So it was such a relief when I contacted Bei.Bei is so professional and courteous and easy to work with. She explains the process and then she actually does what she says she will do. It was such a refreshing change. I am so thankful that she was able to purchase my land and we closed so quickly it was amazing. Having received over two dozen other offers, I did my due diligence by googling internet real estate scams and what to watch out for to avoid becoming a victim. I have received many property scam offers over the years, studied how they worked and thus I was skeptical when an offer arrived from Noble Property. Somehow they seemed different so I did my homework and discovered they were different they were legit. We sold our unwanted land to them and the transaction was done remotely, and importantly it was seamless from start to finish. Fund transfer was quick and communication with *** was first class. Closing was even faster than expected. If you want to sell or buy I’d highly suggest and recommend Noble Property Holdings.

I was a little skeptical about the unsolicited offer in the mail but decided to give ********* a call. She was professional and answered all of my questions. When I asked about closing, she indicated that she had used a local title company. I called them to see if they knew the company. They did and gave them high marks. I proceeded to close the Nobel without using the title company. *** did exactly what she said she would do, on time, and with no hassle. I am very happy with the entire process.

Our sale to Bei went very well and was quick. Bei immediately made payment on our property when she received the warrentee deed. I’ve completed multiple transactions with Noble Holdings and all have worked out well. Great company to do business with.

I recently purchased a property from Noble Holdings on contract. Bei offered great terms and, at my request, moved the transaction along very rapidly. Shortly after closing, the county in which I was working decided they would not issue a permit if the land was being purchased on contract. Showing incredible generosity and decency, Bei reduced the agreed upon price to a new cash price and pushed the paper work through the recordation process with the county in a very few days. As has been mentioned by other commenters, Bei is an excellent communicator. EVERY phone call and email was responded to within a very few hours. In short, I am looking forward to our next transaction.

Bei from Noble helped us during this transaction and it couldn’t have gone smoother. She was able to answer all of our questions with knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. We had a tiny concern being the transaction was out of state and all done by email and phone calls, but that was quickly dissipated with Bei. She provided references and 3rd party information that put us at ease. The entire process was maybe 2 weeks. Very happy.

The property purchase went as smooth and as fast as I could accurately provide the purchaser information. During the process, I had several email communications, and if I called, Managing Partner, Bei Z**** either answered on the call, or got right back as soon as available to answer my voice mail. During the closing phase, I was informed of each step and where we were in the process. I look to future business with Noble Properties LLC.
